Carl M. Sherer, Esq.
Senior Associate
Carl Sherer practices corporate and securities law, with particular
expertise in cross-border transactions, including those involving
Canada, the EU and Israel. From 1999 to 2006, Mr. Sherer
was a partner at Zell Goldberg and Silber Schottenfels. From
1994 to 1997, Mr. Sherer served as an Associate General Counsel
at the Israel Securities Authority. From 1984 to 1991,
Mr. Sherer was a corporate associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett
and Schulte Roth & Zabel. Mr. Sherer earned his
J.D., cum laude and Order of the Coif, from New York University
School of Law in 1984, where he was a member of the New York
University Law Review, and an M.B.A. in Finance and International
Business from New York University in 1984. Mr. Sherer
earned his B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University in
1978.
